How the process works

While we clean all toys upon receipt, we would greatly appreciate it if you wash your toy with soap and water before shipping it to us. Remove the batteries and place your clean toy into a sealed plastic or paper bag and then pack it for shipping. Feel free to include your used batteries as we disposed of them appropriately.

Please be sure to include your name and email address along with the toy so we can send your $10 gift card (please allow 4-6 weeks to receive) to use at one of our participating affiliates. In our efforts to reduce paper waste, we request an email address to send your gift card code information to. The email will be titled, “Recycle Your Adult Toy gift card" and your information will never be sold or used for any solicitation purposes. If you do not desire a gift card, please mark the bottom of your box with a big “X.”

After undergoing a thorough cleaning, toys are inspected and sorted according to their material. The rubber, silicone, hard plastics, metal, e-waste and motors will be sent to recycling facilities that process the materials for reuse. Did you leave the batteries in? Don’t worry, we dispose of them responsibly..

Remember for every package of toys* you send in to be recycled, you will receive a $10 gift card (please allow 7 to 10 business days to receive) to use at one of our affiliate partners as well as some other goodies (when applicable) on your next order.

*As we do appreciate your enthusiasm in participating with the Recycle Your Sex Toy Program, sending multiple packages with one or two items in it, and not filling the box to capacity, does not fall in line with our intentions to reduce wastes. Consider, as well, that you are paying more for shipping all those boxes individually.
